Cancel a purchase

If you have a consumer cooling-off right, use this form to tell us you are cancelling your Databrush purchase. This is legally called the right of withdrawal. You do not need to sign in or give a reason.

We’ll email you a copy of your notice and its receipt time. Any refund due is handled separately under the withdrawal terms. You can also send your cancellation notice to support@databrush.ai.

To stop future subscription renewals instead, open Usage → Manage billing in the app.
